Standard filling line for hand gels commissioned in Estonia

The corona situation in 2020 meant that this Estonian company, for which we have already installed filling lines, needed further expansion for filling hand gel bottles.

In order to deal with a capacity of 7000bph (75ml and 100ml bottles with 2 types of dosing screw caps) the bottles are fed using an unscrambler and transported to our PS10 servo-controlled filling machine, after which they are capped by our 6-head RS6 capping machine.

The 10-head filling machine was fitted with safety glass and further equipped with various standard options, such as a bottle counter and V-centering with hydraulic height control. It was also fitted with spray balls in the stainless steel product tank, which was equipped with a tank lift so that the entire substructure can be easily disassembled when required. The piston bridge provides access to the piston seals, so they can be quickly replaced without the need to dismantle the superstructure.
