Expansion of existing filling line with automatic case packer.

This producer of fresh and high end juices is already working several years with our filling & capping monoblock including labelling machine en this on a variaty of bottle – and cap formats.

These finished bottle were always packed into American type cartons by hand but a next step was required because if increased output.

Because of limited availble space within the existing production area we installed an S-type infeed conveyor connecting the existing labelling machine with the new MP500 case packer. All bottle formats can be handled with the case packer on the specific packing configurations and this at a maximum capacity of 500 cartons per hour. A free roller type buffer conveyor is also provided and gives the possibility to operate the complete line with 1 operator.
