1-head capping machine with reinforced and special bottle size sets

At one of the previous Empack trade fairs, we came into contact with this innovative manufacturer of many types of craft materials. These bottles are very “flexible”, and do not have a strong bottle body so they can be easily used by young children. This resulted in a new development of our bottle supply stars to ensure that each bottle is perfectly positioned and able to be capped with screw caps. It prevents the bottles from rotating, thereby avoiding deformation and/or damage.

As a result, our standard ECO1 capping machine has been equipped with a whole range of special stars in order to process all bottle sizes correctly, and at a capacity of 2000bph.

Meanwhile, a second identical ECO1 capping machine has been ordered and will be installed in April 2021.
