Second ECO1 capping machine and 3x semi-automatic filling machine for paint

Thanks to the successful installation and reliable performance of the first ECO1 capping machine approximately 18 months previously, we were asked to supply a second identical capping machine for the same applications. All previous tooling parts can now be used for both capping machines, thereby limiting the cost.

This standard ECO1 capping machine was also equipped with a number of these special bottle format sets, in order to achieve double production. Both capping machines achieve a capacity of 2000bph.

By the end of 2021, 3 semi-automatic filling machines were also ordered, all of which were fitted with a special hydraulic height adjustment. These machines fill a wide range of school paint. Meanwhile, these were also delivered in preparation for the new 2022/23 school year.

Machine line consists of: 

• ECO1 capping machine
• 3 x V-1100 filling machine mounted on stainless steel supports with hydraulic height adjustment.
