Nut paste filling line
This biological company invested in a new nut paste filling line to process glass jars, sealed with twist-off caps. This line is configured with a rotating collection table that feeds the packing into the linear air rinsing system. Once rinsed, the packing is sealed with a four-headed servo-controlled piston filling machine equipped with a stainless steel product tank that has an installed agitator.
Upon being filled, the jars are closed by a two-column servo-controlled sealing machine designed for two lid sizes to reduce reconfiguration time to a minimum. In the final step, the jars are equipped with a 360° label and a security seal after which the finished product is collected on a rotating buffer table.
