6 head capping machine for sauce jars

This industry leader required a rapid solution for capping screw-on lids onto sauce jars. To accommodate their needs, a six head fully automated capping machine was delivered, tailored during the engineering phase to integrate perfectly into the existing filling line, while also being prepared to be mounted onto the existing conveyor belt. Its capacity requirement was determined at 150 jars per minute, while all filled sauce jars were sealed with an aluminum screw-on lid. The machine was furthermore equipped with a ‘no bottle – no cap’ feature that since became a default feature. Furthermore, a lid elevator supplies lids to the lid sorter while maintaining sufficient buffer for a continuous, smooth operation.
