Compact rotating table filling system

To enable the execution of smaller production runs of highly diverse packaging and products, we designed a compact set-up which can be utilized very efficiently with a limited downtime.

The cylindrical packaging is manually placed onto the rotating feeder table, after which they are guided to the filling nozzle. A standard pneumatic piston filling unit ensures that all packaging is correctly positioned prior to the automated filling process. Once the filling cycle is completed, the packaging moves onto the rotating table, where the operator manually places the lids and seals the containers with an electric tool.

The filled and sealed packaging are then equipped with a 360° label and packed for shipment. This type of set-up was already installed at various customers sites to accommodate a broad spectrum of packaging and products.
