Rotating capping machine for high-quality fish feed

In order to achieve an increased production capacity, an automatic rotating capping machine was installed at this Dutch fish feed producer. The capping machine is equipped to handle 4 different jar sizes and 2 lid sizes with a capacity of 3600bph. These consist of round plastic jars that are capped with twist-off lids. The twist-off lids are automatically fed to the cap sorter from our cap elevator, which is connected via the level control in the cap sorter. The cap sorter was installed at working height so that a lid size change would be easily accessible for the line operators.

This rotating capping machine has been operational since the beginning of August 2019.
