Optimisation in the powder production environment
This co-packer in the food industry, specialising in powders, was looking to make the existing powder production more efficient and applicable for specific applications and required end results.
This involved round & square plastic jars, with different sizes of screw caps & lids, to be integrated into an existing powder filling line.
An existing round supply table was installed just ahead of our inline air rinser, fitted with a Hepa filter, and equipped with its own conveyor belt.
Ahead of our ECO1 capping machine, we installed an S-type infeed curve conveyor, which automatically and manually fits the lids at the correct torque.
The capping machine also needed to connect to an existing control weigher and metal detection, and we then installed our full option ET3000 labelling machine to correctly handle all labelling applications. The finished packages were collected by an existing buffer table.
The machine line consists of:
- Inline air blowing rinser with Hepa filter
- ECO1 capping machine
- ET3000 full option labelling machine
- Input and output conveyors, and also connecting conveyors
