Semi-automatic piston filler for Belgian sauce manufacturer

A simple bucket filler was installed at this Belgian sauce producer of a large variety of delicious sauces in a wide range of packaging, sucked in directly from IBC tanks. This piston filling machine was installed at low level with a connection to the filling nozzle at working height, and equipped with a stainless steel work table for the buckets to be placed on. The 5L buckets are filled in one dose, and the 10L buckets receive a double filling; the machine is operated with a simple foot pedal.
