Basic line for bakery products in jars

A company processing cupcake decoration bakery products, required a flexible, basic and efficient system to supply, fill, seal, label and collect the product packaging.

To accommodate this need, a supply table was equipped with a stainless steel working surface, while a required L-setup was created with the conveyor belts . The production line was furthermore equipped with an already present dry filling system, an ECO1 capping machine and a basic labeling machine for 360° labels. The finished products were then collected into a standard buffer table, after which the operator packages them manually.

The operational capacity of this flexible line was measured at 600 jars per hour and is managed by two operators. The entire system can be easily converted to accommodate other products, jar sizes and volumes.
