RS Capping machine

The RS series (Rotating Capping machine) is used for sealing highly varying caps and lids. The capping heads are equipped with magnetic couplings for a constant tightening torque. The supply of lids and caps runs fully automated through a centrifuging hopper or vibratory bowl and pick & place unit. The height of the column is adjusted electronically using the touch screen. This machine can also be used for sealing jerry cans. Operating the system is done with the touch screen, from which all functionalities are configured, read out, enabled and saved. The capping machine comes with a number of synthetic exchangeable parts. Based on the short conversion time, the machine can be rapidly configured to process another size of bottle or jar.

The RS-series is available as a 3, 4, 6 or 8 headed rotating capping machine.
