Our F-series flow meter fills a large spectrum of fluids within an aligned production line. A supply pump transports the product directly to the flow meter, after which the compressed product tubes transports the products to the filling valve. The movement of the filling valves is servo-controlled and can be freely adjusted by mapping it, based on the product recipe.
The F-series is equipped with electromagnetic flow meters by default. Upon processing other (non-water-based) products, you can also opt for a mass flow meter. Per your request, we can measure the conductivity of your products.
The F-series is available in 2, 4, 6 or 8 heads linear flow meter filling machine.
